The Cuban bread:This bread is more like white bread with small quantities of fat in the form of lard or vegetable shortening. It is generally made in long(approximately three foot) baguette like loaves. It has a hard, thin, almost papery toasted crust with a soft flaky middle. This bread is known to stale quickly so it's best to consume soon after baking.

Simple And Delicious Goat Stew Recipe

There is no dish in this world that beats the delicious aroma and delectable taste of Goat stew. Indulge in the wonders of home-made goat stew, made from the comfort of your own kitchen today. It yields 6 servings. The total time needed to prepare and cook this is four hours. You would require 2 onions, 2 garlic cloves, 2 carrots, 2 tomatoes, some parsley, 3 celery stalks chopped finely. Other ingredients includes 2 pound of boneless goat meat, cubed, pinch of salt and pepper, 1/4 cup of oil, 1/2 stick butter, 1 can tomato paste and 1 cup vegetable stock.


Here are the steps to prepare this. Add onions, celery, carrots, garlic cloves and pepper to a bowl. Marinate the meat with salt and pepper and toss it with the vegetables. Refrigerate in for 2 hours. After 2 hours, heat the pan with oil and butter. Add the meat/vegetable mixture, stir and cook it for a few minutes till browned. Add in tomato paste and stock, cover the pan and reduce heat. Allow it to cook for 2 hours, till the meat is tender. Once meat is soft, add in tomatoes, parsley and serve hot.
